Conversation with Kasey

Hello!

Today i spoke with my partner Kasey, it was really nice! I learned a lot of thing about him and California.
Kasey grew up in Sacramento which is in northern California. It’s the state capital. He said that it’s a big city that keeps growing and there are lots of suburbs.
The weather there seams to be better than in France because it is mostly hot, and in summer it gets over 100 degrees F. There’s lots of restaurants in Sacramento, a sporting complex where the Sacramento Kings play or music artists are coming to give concerts. There are several shopping malls that are popular, parks, and historical monuments in the downtown area.
I also ask him about the city of Los Angeles, ans he told me that it is full of life and busy all the time. This city is very crowded with people and traffic and life moves very fast there.
In return, I describe him Paris. He said that he really would like to go there, to visit the whole city, the Louvre museum and to go to Disneyland Paris.
Kasey loves Music, he plays the piano and guitar for nearly 10 years, and he is studying music at the UCI. He often makes performances so he has to work hard, but he has trouble to find the right balance between home works and free time. And sometimes he should work but he doesn't, so he feels guilty. We have the same problem some how ^^
We also spoke about our studies system. He describes his campus and it really reminds me american movies. It seams that there is a very warm atmosphere. Moreover, at the american university, students chose all subjects they want to study, instead of France. But the tuition fees are very expensive. Fortunately, Kasey has a scholarship.
